Warranty Information

Apart from the Returns Policy, your product is warranted against any technical fault, operation failure for 24 months from the date of purchase. If the product becomes faulty or refuse to obey you during this period, you can contact us and get the Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). Once the product is inspected by us after we receive it in satisfactory condition, we will arrange for a delivery of the repaired or replaced product.

Enablecom will, at its own expense, ship back the warranted repaired, replaced product to the sender. If the product category/model is no longer available with us we will try to replace with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice at our own discretion.

We recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery.

Enablecom warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of its original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, damage in transit, damage or failure caused by improper or inadequate maintenance, damage resulting from inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling of the returned products. The warranty is also void when, the product serial number has been altered or removed and the product has been altered, serviced by anyone other than Enablecom or it’s authorised suppliers/partners without prior authorisation from us.

It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to provide a dated proof of purchase.

The warranty is not transferable.
